White Sky - Acrylic on Canvas, 20 x 16 Inches
There is a condition of winter weather which makes a white sky: when the clouds are low, homogenous, and pervasive, and there is not rain, but neither is it dry. The light is so diffused as to make what looks like a giant lightbox from the sky. There is no wind, the water is glass, and all is quiet.
I am reverent toward places of shelter, wherever I find them.
